从行星波利斯逃脱等待重返地球的空间盘龙号，自称“雷奥尼克斯猎人”的神秘男子侵入其中。同时，其他的宇宙人们也正暗中开始行动，ZAP SPACY的船员们被卷入战争。。Champion市的犯罪率极低，Amazing队长为了重新吸引公众注意力，想出了一个馊主意：他把关在监狱里的死对头Casanova放了出来，以便再度和他过招，不料竟被Casanova绑架。和所有的坏蛋一样，Casanova准备趁Champion市权力真空之际控制这个城市。这时一群“英雄”出现在公众的视野里。这七个蹩脚的热心青年把自己叫做The Mystery Men（神秘人），他们也确实有一些或者认为自己有一些特殊的本领。在怪博士Heller的帮助下，神秘人誓要从Casanova手里救出Amazing队长……。“Acapulco" tells the story of twenty-something Máximo Gallardo (Enrique Arrizon), whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in Acapulco.
