When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。该剧讲述了晓舞靠自己的能力艰难地活在大城市里，一夜之间莫名被总经理辞退，从此生活跌入谷底，也相继遇上了各种各样的奇葩事；不仅撞见相亲失败的总经理，莫名其妙发现身体里有另一个自己，隔三差五梦游吓人不说，还和总经理崔子卡开始了鸡飞狗跳的合租生活……。
