A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide.. It all goes horribly wrong when they realise that there′s someone else on the island who has a pack of dogs and a crossbow with which to hunt them down.。此為出色演員兼著名導演嚴俊自導自演之武俠片，拍於1970年。故事描述追風刀劉鵬為採花大盜小天尊所殺，遺言徒弟盧漢(凌雲飾)去京師尋護龍刀復仇。途上，盧助康氏姊妹玉笙(虞慧飾)與玉簫(尤情飾)退敵；抵京後又路見不平，救韓五嫂一命，因而結識韓的女兒牡丹(方盈飾)……。
