本作は『スーパーロボット大戦』の名を冠する初のアニメーション作品である。ただし、タイトル通り版権作品の登場しない『OG』シリーズの枠の中でのリリースとなっている。『OG2』終了後の物語であり、そこで起きた「バルトール事件」をアニメ化したオリジナルストーリー。制作会社は、TVアニメ『スーパーロボット大戦OG -ディバイン・ウォーズ-』のOLMではなくブレインズ・ベース。ドラマCDは、OVAに登場しないキャラの物語に加え、OVA前日談とおちゃらけた後日談となっている。また、本編での説明不足の部分はかなり補足されている。。Inspector Holloway is in charge of investigating the murder of Reinhardt Klermer, Victor Ledoux , Frank Saville and Martin Rothand his movie.srzxkj.com main lead is a doll in each crime scene.
