鸡贩威（夏雨）与美国华侨杰（刘丹）为同父异母兄弟，威自小被父抛弃，因此仇视回港发展和杰。由于其父留下一座复式单位，杰与妻子伦（共凯欣）、威与妻子妖（卢宛茵），长子发（周星驰）、幼子骞（李家声）被逼同住一屋，发生了不少趣事。威与杰势成水火，但他俩的至亲却发展出密切关系“妖与妖一见如故，成为闰中好友；伦的生意伙伴娴（陈嘉仪）竟是杰的情妇；骞恋上了杰的私生女，即其堂妹薏（罗明珠），关系错综复杂，最终如何解决？后威与杰因遗产问题而对簿公堂，不欢而散。直至威发觉杰被骗，两人的关系才有所突破……。The Delinquent Season is a tense drama which revolves around two couples in suburban Dublin. Although all seems fine on the surface, cracks in both relationships come to light when, one night at dinner, Chris lashes out at his wife, Yvonne. The film explores both love and loss and ultimately asks the question, How well can any of us really know each other?。
