But there's a little problem: there aren't much people living in his region, everyone knows everyone and everyone is so poor, so is gonna be difficult that someone takes Malvís/Fe...。东北山村，农业大学毕业的大学生韩昌宝和他的同学苏晓、何建洲在镇长的鼓励下回到农村当村官。回村后，韩昌宝又得到了村里好朋友赵大喜和岳娟的支持，几个年轻人在奋斗的过程中与传统的旧观念做斗争，带领农民创业，建设新农村。他们大胆的尝试棚室种植经济作物和有机食品的开发。经过他们的努力奋斗，建立了绿色有机蔬菜产业链，让无污染，纯绿色的健康蔬菜走进千家万户。在他们发展事业的过程中也经历着各种情感的考验，在他们收获、成长的过程中，也收获了属于自己的幸福。最终韩昌宝和他的伙伴们事业蒸蒸日上，让新时代的保安村一派欣欣向荣的景象。。
